All the staff was superb. Very friendly. Snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary. There was no lock at the bathroom door. For the price I paid, I wish it included breakfast.
- Like everyone said, room looks like it was recently renovated, toilet and room was very new and clean.- Lots of lighting in the room. Room can be very bright.- TV was Samsung, can watch your own Youtube/Netflix- Provided free snacks and drinks in the room (didn't really need it though)- Lots of ample parking at the premise- Amazing doorman and security. Parking was assisted by them most of the time. With the doorman, I never had to touch the main door at all.
- Only 1 lift available- Can hear other guests open and close their room door quite easily.
Very clean, located at strategic spot where most of attractive and important places are reachable within minutes. The staff’s warm welcome with simple gesture starting from guard who is looking after parking all the way to housekeeping staff..keep up good job

The soundproof is quite bad. My room window is facing main road. Midnight a lots of motorbike sound. Can't really have a good sleep.
The cleaness of the room, the size of the bed in the presidential suite, the room size, and its furniture are perfect.
Lack of body lotion, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner supplies is not sufficient. The handheld shower position is not adjustable and too high up. No comfy slippers, not enough tea and coffee selection.
